1. General
This policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and describes how MAYAK SOFT LLC (Tax ID 6671230758, Registration No. 1226600049323, Office 1502, 28 Radishcheva Street, Yekaterinburg 620014, Russia), the “Operator”, processes and protects personal data.
The Operator respects the rights and freedoms of individuals when processing their personal data, including the right to privacy.
2. What data we process
- the name given in the site form;
- phone number, email address and/or messenger (Telegram) username;
- business name and details provided voluntarily in the enquiry, including solution-finder answers;
- technical data: the page the enquiry was sent from, traffic-source tags (UTM) and form completion time;
- anonymised visit data collected by Yandex Metrica using cookies.
The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric data.
3. Purposes
- contacting the person who sent the enquiry: consultation, discussing the task and preparing a proposal;
- concluding and performing software development and support contracts;
- improving the website and quality of service.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent given by ticking the box in the site form (Article 6 of Law 152-FZ) and on the need to conclude and perform a contract with the data subject.
5. How data is processed
Processing is automated. Data is stored on the Operator’s servers in the Russian Federation until the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 3 years after the last interaction. Data is not shared with third parties except as required by Russian law.
The Operator applies legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and distribution.
6. Site settings stored in your browser
Your language and theme choices are stored in your browser. Solution-finder answers and the enquiry draft are kept in the current browser session so they are not lost between pages. They are not sent to the Operator until you press “Send enquiry”. Yandex Metrica uses cookies for anonymised visit statistics.
7. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to Office 1502, 28 Radishcheva Street, Yekaterinburg 620014, Russia, or to info@mayaksoft.ru. The Operator stops processing within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal.
8. Final provisions
The Operator may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
